Booking/Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy:
Low Season
A minimum deposit equivalent to the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking to secure each reservation. The remainder of your accommodation charges are to be paid on arrival. If your booking is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of arrival your deposit will be refunded (less $15.00 per site administration fee). After arrival, tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short. The management reserves the right to relocate or change the cabin/site number when necessary after booking. Booked cabins and sites will be held for 24 hours from commencement date unless otherwise arranged. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
High Season (Easter and Christmas Holidays)
A minimum deposit equivalent to the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking to secure each cabin/site. Full payment for your entire stay is required 30 days prior to arrival. If your booking is cancelled more than 30 days in advance of arrival your deposit will be refunded (less $15.00 per site administration fee). If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply, however, your booking and payment can be transferred to alternative dates within twelve months. After arrival, tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short. The management reserves the right to relocate or change the cabin/site number when necessary after booking. Booked cabins/sites will be held for 24 hours from commencement date unless otherwise arranged. No refunds will be made
for non-arrivals.
